Next Game: FakeMadrid (Premier) FC

Come this Saturday, TeamCuzz will be facing new (old) foes in FakeMadrid (Premier) Football Club for our 4th league game of the season. Both sides do not know each other (pretty) well, with no (4) games played between us (in ESPZEN Saturday League seasons 4 & 5). While current form (past records) might favour TeamCuzz, it is hardly material considering a season which has seen Chelsea (Sunderland, Wolves & even Arsenal) beating (the mighty) Bolton (Chelsea).

"We are in a good run of form at the moment & should strive to keep this going," said vice-captain Saifuddin, who returns from a week-long training stint with Piyapong Pue-on and Woorawot Srimaka in Krabi. He, who has openly admitted that he now supports Man City, will most probably be restored in TeamCuzz's backline in search for a cleansheet against a team which promises to be offensively sound.

The winner of this week's clash is likely to be the team which adapts faster to the sheer size of the Meridian pitch. And that might be determined by the size of the respective squads.

In our bid to do that, TeamCuzz will be taking this season's official team photo. To every TeamCuzz player out there, please be present at MJC and gear up in your new Khaki jerseys (for not fake (real) this time) & black shorts and socks by 2.30 so we can snap a team photo before the game against FakeMadrid (Premier). We will also be taking individual shots to be updated in ESPZEN's website. We will wait for no one, absolutely no one.

And please be prepared to surrender your khaki jerseys. That is to say unless you have a body like Usher, you might just want to bring a spare t-shirt for your journey back home.

Somehow, I had a hunch that we will face FakeMadrid when I decided to post a team photo of then-Real Madrid. Real or Fake, we will find out soon enough.
