Hi All,

First of all, thanks to you guys, I'll still be able to enjoy the game.

I've been trying to refrain myself from being involved in the management for the following:

1. I always felt that this is your team. You guys have started it years back before I come into the picture.
2. As much as possible, I wanted to enjoy the game after having managed the PCG team for about 10 years, feeling the heat of competitive football. Imagine the pressure to sustain a top four finish in the last 4 years. for the record, PCG just lost to GC in the finals this year having beaten SOC in the semi's.
3. At this stage, with some of you having played competitive football, my contribution (ideas) is just another opinion.
   

Maybe some words of advice:

Always remember, and remind each other that the team was built in the name of Fostering Lasting relationship between cousins and not for competitive nature. In a team game, it is the spirit of togetherness and bonding that will bring any team beyond their capability. It will naturally bring out the competitiveness in the team. "Bersatu Kita teguh, bercerai kita roboh". We would want to whack people if the team is together. With that, my feelings is scoldings should not be encouraged in the game.

• We don't see good teams scold each other, they encouraged and pat each other
• We dont learn from scolding, we'll retaliate, lose our heart and disrupt the play (most teams lose/destroyed because they lost their head)
• Don't use our energy for scolding and shouting, use it to support and cover our teammates' shortcomings
• We dont ignore them when they make mistakes, but motivate them
  

and pls pls, NEVER BE LATE!!

On the team, individually, most are good players on our own, but we never had a game plan, we did not capitalise on individuals' strengths and we lack positional discipline.

Something to learn from EPL:

1. Roy Keane is not the best player, but he's a great captain. He talked more than he play, that's how he is effective.
2. The best players in the teams are those who just play his own game and win the game. (Torres, Scoles, Fabregas) Gerrard is exceptional, pls. And yes, he just play his own game and talk less.
3. Relgation teams are always difficult to beat cos they play for their lives.
4. Man U, Chelsea and Arsenal are worried now because of LIVERPOOL!!
   

NOTE: All along I've used the word 'We', you'll bet I'll be in the team for as long as my leg can carry, whatever the mood.
