That Time of the Season

It has often been said that certain fixtures in the season will determine where the title ends up. With the exception of the BPL (where Chelsea reigns supreme on her own), it seems that very league has at least one mouth-watering clash that fits that category. Primera Liga: the El-classico that pits Barcelona & Real Madrid. Serie A: the Milan derby. Bundesliga: Bayern Munchen-Bayer Leverkusen. SLeague: Warriors-Protectors. The same can be said of ESPZEN's Saturday League Division 2.

Come this Saturday, 2 arch enemies will lock horns for the 5th time in the battle for league supremacy at Meridian JC Stadium. The TeamCuzz-Blue Oysters clash has never failed to disappoint the neutrals, with both sides often reserving their best for the game. The 2 teams finished a position away from each other in the past 2 seasons. More spice is added for this clash as both have identical records, and are likely to continue to push each other till the end of the season for the right to the title.

As part of the preparation for the game, TeamCuzz.com has provided a list of DO's & DONT's for this crunching fixture.

DO be mentally prepared for the game for it's crucial that everyone plays their part.
DONT be disheartened if you dont start.
DO know that they scored 10 goals in their last game.
DONT be intimidated that they scored 10 goals in their last game.
DO come to the pitch early so proper warm-up and briefing can be done.
DONT come late for you will be letting the entire team down.
DO continue to wear the Yellow jerseys as it continues to enjoy a good streak of wins.
DONT forget we have the Black ones too, and we've long broken its jinx.
DO play short, 1-2 passes to breakdown their defence.
DONT play through balls as their defensive line is extremely high once too often.
DO play long balls as the pitch is huge and big.
DONT forget our brand of football that is quick & slick.
DO take the chances that are presented as there will be few and far between.
DONT let them score - a cleansheet we should aim & attain.
DO believe that you will win.
DO win.

That time of the season has come. I am ready. Are you?
